All photos are provide free of charge. The sale or use of any photograph for monetary or personal gain of any type is strictly prohibited. All photographs and copies are the property of Ray Beebe and are provided for personal use by the Kid's Xterra participants and families.

The purchase and use of the DVD containing the Kid's Xterra photos is bound by the above terms and conditions and the contents of the DVD and the DVD itself may not be copied, duplicated or transmitted in any form.
